Is the first shoot really free?
Yes. The Free Shoot is 30 professional MLS photos at $0 — no card, no deposit, no contract. I only ask for a short honest review and one agent intro after you see the gallery. If the work doesn’t earn either, you keep the photos and owe nothing.
Why would you give photos away?
Because one listing is usually all it takes. Nine in ten agents who shoot with me once book their next listing at my normal rate. I’d rather show you than tell you — the free shoot is how I prove it.
What’s the difference between the three tiers?
The Free Shoot is 30 photos, free. The Launch adds drone and a virtual twilight for a first-timer rate of $199. The Showcase adds a Zillow 3D tour and a 60-second Photo-to-Video for $499 — the full launch kit. Most first-timers pick The Launch.
Who qualifies?
Any licensed San Diego County agent who hasn’t booked with Turnkey Media before. One first-listing offer per agent, applied to your first shoot with me.
What if my home is larger?
The tiers are priced for a standard home (about 1,500–3,000 sq ft). Bigger properties take a little more time; I’ll confirm any adjustment before the shoot — never a surprise after.
How fast do I get the photos?
Next day for photos and drone stills, with 3D tours and video close behind — in time to launch your listing on schedule.
