When we share one of those homes on our own channels, we tag and credit your company for the staging.

Step 1
Sign up below
It takes a minute and costs nothing. We email your partner code and a booking link right away.
Step 2
Share your code
Give the code or the link to the agents you stage for. They enter it on the last step when they book a shoot.
Step 3
We shoot the home
The agent books and pays as usual. Their price does not change, and they get their photos on the normal schedule.
Step 4
You get the photos
After delivery we send you the images of your staging, licensed for your portfolio and marketing, with a photo credit.

Frequently asked.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee, no minimum, and no contract. You can stop using your code at any time.
Do agents get a discount with my code?
No. The code does not change the price of a shoot. It tells us the staging is yours, so we can send you the photos and credit you.
How can I use the photos?
In your portfolio, on your website, in proposals, and on your social accounts, with a photo credit to Turnkey Media. Turnkey Media keeps the copyright. Paid advertising, print publications, or passing the images to another business need a separate license, which we quote on request.
What if the agent forgets to enter the code?
Email us the address of the home and we will match it to the booking and add you after the fact.
Can I get photos of a home that was shot before I joined?
Sometimes. Send us the address and we will tell you whether we shot it and what a license for those images would cost.
Do you offer staging yourselves?
We offer virtual staging, which furnishes an empty room digitally. We do not do physical staging, which is why we refer that work out.
