Frequently asked.
How do credit packs work?
You prepay for 10 or 25 listing shoots at a discount from our standard rates. Any agent on the team can use a credit, and credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
What if we list fewer homes than the retainer covers one month?
Unused credits roll over for up to 30 days. If your volume changes for longer than that, we rescope the retainer at the next monthly review.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Retainers have a 3-month minimum and a defined monthly scope. Credit packs have no minimum term beyond the 12-month validity.
What video do you produce for teams?
Tripod video (explainers, client testimonials, agent and recruiting interviews), slider detail clips, and drone video. We do not produce reels, gimbal walkthroughs, or short-form social edits.
How is AB 723 handled?
Any image we digitally alter is labeled and delivered alongside its unaltered original, so the agent has what the law requires for every listing.
