Can you shoot between guest stays?
Yes. Most shoots fit in the window after cleaning and before the next check-in. Tell us your turnover times and we schedule around them.
Do you offer a rate for multiple properties?
Managers with 10 or more properties get a tiered portfolio rate. Send the list and we will quote it.
Do you edit the photos?
Every set is color-corrected and finished. If we digitally alter an image beyond that, we label it and keep the original, since California’s AB 723 covers advertising images.
Can you fly a drone at my property?
Usually. We check the airspace for the address first; some coastal and airport-adjacent locations are restricted.
