Retainer terms
- 3-month minimum
- A defined monthly scope, agreed before we start
- Unused credits roll over for 30 days at most
- Work beyond the scope is billed at standard rates
- Shoot time beyond the included block is billed hourly
Retainers are invoiced after a signed agreement. They are not purchased online.

Can you fly a drone at our site?
In most of San Diego County, yes. We check the airspace for each address first and request authorization where it is required. Some locations near airports and military facilities cannot be flown.
What does the progress retainer deliver each month?
One flight, with photos and video from the same positions each time so the months can be compared, and a time-lapse cut when the project completes.
Can sales agents and trade partners use the images?
You receive a marketing and portfolio license. Other businesses that want to use the images, including trades and outside agents, need their own license from us.
Do you photograph communities that are still under construction?
Yes. We plan around the finished areas and return as later phases complete.
