AB 723 ready. Photo Enhancementsis digitally-edited imagery, so we deliver every edited file labeled and watermarked alongside its original, unedited version — ready to disclose the way California's AB 723 (Bus. & Prof. Code § 10140.8, effective Jan 1, 2026) and your MLS expect. The market doesn't reward
average.
A single distraction — a glowing TV, a grey sky, a patchy lawn, a neighbour's bin — is all it takes for a buyer to scroll past. Targeted retouching removes those friction points one image at a time, so the gallery sells the home instead of apologising for it.
The Turnkey Media difference
These are surgical, per-photo edits, not a blanket filter. You pick exactly which images get which enhancement, and you're only invoiced after editing for the photos each fix is actually applied to — so you never pay for retouching you didn't use.
Simple as it should be.
Add it at booking
Toggle the enhancements you might want — sky replacement, declutter, object removal, repaint, and more. Nothing to commit to until you see the photos.
We shoot and edit
Your gallery is captured and processed as normal, then we flag the frames where each enhancement would have the most impact.
You choose the photos
Review the gallery and tell us which images get which fix. Apply one enhancement to one photo, or several across the whole set.
Invoiced after, per photo
You're billed only for the enhancements actually applied, at the per-photo rate — typically delivered alongside the rest of your gallery.
The proof is in the pixels.

answered.
What enhancements can you do?
Sky replacement, TV-screen blackout, fireplace fire, grass greening, decluttering (light or whole-room), object removal, content-aware auto-fill, and digital re-paint. If you need something specific, ask — most frame-level fixes are possible.
How is it priced?
A flat $5 per photo for almost every enhancement — a quick TV-screen blackout, a sky replacement, object removal, a simple declutter. The one exception is a heavy whole-room declutter, which is $25 per photo. You're invoiced after editing, only for the photos each fix is applied to.
Is this the same as virtual staging or virtual twilight?
No — those are separate services. Virtual staging adds furniture to empty rooms and virtual twilight converts a daytime exterior to dusk. Photo enhancements are corrective, per-photo retouching of the images you already have.
Do I have to decide up front?
No. You flag the enhancements you're interested in at booking, then choose the actual photos after you've seen the gallery — so you only pay for what genuinely improves the set.
