Pacific Beach Real Estate Photographer
Pacific Beach listings that sell the lifestyle.
Beach cottages, condos, and Crown Point bayfront — where the rooftop deck and the walk to the boardwalk matter more than the floor plan. In PB the purchase is a lifestyle decision first — the rooftop deck, the water, and the walk to the boardwalk matter more than the floor plan. Crown Point brings calm-water Mission Bay reflections, while the boardwalk side sells on deck-and-ocean framing shot when the light is actually doing something.

The Pacific Beach market
Why presentation
wins here.
Pacific Beach is one of San Diego's densest coastal markets: beach cottages, condos, and multi-unit conversions along the boardwalk side, with quieter single-family blocks in North PB and Crown Point. The buyer mix runs from investors to coastal downsizers to owner-occupants, and they share one thing — the purchase is a lifestyle decision first. In PB, the deck, the water, and the walk are the product; the floor plan is secondary in a way it simply is not inland.
What sets Pacific Beach apart on camera
A dense coastal market of cottages and condos sells on lifestyle over layout — rooftop-deck and ocean framing, Crown Point bay reflections, and walk-to-boardwalk proximity shots.
Neighborhoods we shoot in Pacific Beach
Our work in Pacific Beach
We shoot PB for the lifestyle case. Rooftop-deck and ocean-view framing that carries the listing, Crown Point calm-water reflections on Mission Bay where the bay side is the asset, and walk-to-boardwalk establishing shots that make proximity legible to a buyer who does not know the blocks. Interiors are shot bright and true so a compact coastal unit reads open rather than dark.

Common questions
answered.
Do you shoot rooftop decks and ocean views in Pacific Beach?
Yes, and in PB they usually carry the listing. We time the shoot so the deck is photographed when the light is doing something — golden hour or twilight — rather than at flat midday, because an empty deck under a white sky sells nothing while the same deck at sunset sells the whole property.
Can you fly a drone over Pacific Beach?
Often, with two constraints we check first. PB sits under San Diego International's Class B shelves with low approved ceilings on the blocks nearest the approach path, and Mission Bay Park and the city beaches carry their own municipal drone rules on top of FAA authorization — so a beach launch is not automatically permitted even with LAANC in hand. Our Part 107 pilots sort both before the shoot.
How much does real estate photography cost in Pacific Beach?
Photography starts at $225 for homes under 1,500 sq ft, which suits many PB condos and cottages. Larger homes are $275 (1,500–3,000 sq ft), $335 (3,000–5,000), and $395 (5,000+), and every shoot is full coverage with no photo caps. 3D tours from $225, drone from $195 where flyable, expedited delivery $145.
Is virtual staging useful for a PB condo?
Very. A lot of PB inventory turns over vacant between tenants or after a flip, and empty coastal rooms read cold and smaller than they are. Virtual staging furnishes them from $35 per photo so a buyer can picture the indoor-outdoor life the unit is actually selling.
