Vista Real Estate Photographer
Vista listings, shot on our doorstep.
Vista is twenty minutes from our Escondido studio and one of the markets we shoot most. Editorial-quality media and next-day delivery from a team that knows these streets. Vista sits twenty minutes up the road from the studio, so we know its streets — the golf homes in Shadowridge, the walkable core around Vista Village and the Moonlight Amphitheatre, and the hillside lots above town. Golf-community context and hillside-view aerials are where these listings shine.
No travel fee — Vista is inside our free service area.

The Vista market
Why presentation
wins here.
Vista is one of North County's fastest-moving inland markets — more attainable than the coast, with a mix of established mid-century neighborhoods, hillside view homes, and a steady stream of new construction. Its craft-brewery district and easy 78-corridor access keep demand strong with younger buyers and families priced out of Carlsbad and Encinitas. In a value-driven market like this, sharp, well-lit photography is what separates a listing that moves from one that lingers.
What sets Vista apart on camera
Inland-suburban with some rural and attainable pricing, so golf-community context and hillside-view aerials do the most work.

Our work in Vista
Vista is one of the markets we shoot most often. We've photographed everything from single-story starter homes to hillside properties with valley views — HDR interiors, twilight exteriors, pool and patio scenes, and drone aerials that show the lot and the surrounding hills.

Common questions
answered.
Are you based in Vista?
Our studio is in Escondido, about twenty minutes away — so no, not based in Vista, though we shoot here constantly and know the neighborhoods, the light, and the architecture. Vista sits comfortably inside our free-travel radius, so there is no travel fee either way.
How much does real estate photography cost in Vista?
Photography starts at $225 for homes under 1,500 sq ft. Larger homes are $275 (1,500–3,000 sq ft), $335 (3,000–5,000), and $395 (5,000+), and every shoot is full coverage with no photo caps. Drone aerials start at $195 and iGUIDE 3D tours at $225. Expedited (rush) delivery is $145.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is the next day after your shoot. Vista is close enough to the studio that last-minute bookings here are often easier to accommodate than elsewhere in the county.
Do you fly drones in Vista?
Yes. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots handle drone photo and video throughout Vista, confirming the airspace near McClellan-Palomar before the shoot. Hillside Vista lots especially benefit from aerial context.
