Imperial Beach Real Estate Photographer
Imperial Beach listings, west-facing and wide open.
The last beach town before the border — unobstructed sunsets, estuary open space, and genuine ocean views on a handful of blocks. Imperial Beach faces due west with nothing between it and the horizon, which makes twilight here genuinely stronger than most of the county. The estuary edge adds protected open space as a backdrop — and because the airspace over the city is restricted, that ground-level work is doing more of the job than usual.
Imperial Beach sits near the edge of our free-travel radius — most addresses here have no travel fee, and any that does is calculated from the address and shown before you confirm.

The Imperial Beach market
Why presentation
wins here.
Imperial Beach is the most attainable true beach town in San Diego County — modest coastal single-family homes and small condo and multifamily stock in a heavily renter-occupied city, drawing beach-access buyers, second-home seekers, and Navy households. Real ocean and pier sight lines exist on a relatively small number of blocks, which makes accurately establishing whether a given listing has one a genuinely high-value part of the job.
What sets Imperial Beach apart on camera
The most attainable true beach town in the county sells on unobstructed west-facing sunsets, genuine pier and ocean sight lines on a small number of blocks, and estuary open space that reads as protected rather than neighbors.
Neighborhoods we shoot in Imperial Beach
Our work in Imperial Beach
We shoot Imperial Beach for the two things it offers that inland South Bay cannot: unobstructed west-facing sunsets, which make twilight exteriors unusually strong here, and estuary and wetland backdrops that read as protected open space rather than neighbours. Where a listing has a true pier or ocean sight line, we prove it rather than implying it.

Common questions
answered.
Can you shoot drone aerials in Imperial Beach?
Not on standard turnaround, and we would rather be straight with you about why. The entire city sits in Class D airspace controlled by NOLF Imperial Beach (Ream Field), which is not LAANC-enabled — authorization has to go through FAADroneZone, and the City itself advises that can take anywhere from a week to several months. If you want aerials on an Imperial Beach listing, tell us as early as possible and we will start the request; we will not sell you a same-week drone package here, because we could not honour it.
So what do you shoot instead in Imperial Beach?
Twilight, mainly — and it is genuinely strong here. Imperial Beach faces due west with nothing between it and the horizon, so blue-hour exteriors get colour that most San Diego markets cannot match. We also lean on elevated ground-level view framing and estuary open-space context, which covers most of what an aerial would have shown on a coastal lot this size.
How much does real estate photography cost in Imperial Beach?
Photography starts at $225 for homes under 1,500 sq ft, which fits most Imperial Beach stock. Larger homes are $275 (1,500–3,000 sq ft), $335 (3,000–5,000), and $395 (5,000+), and every shoot is full coverage with no photo caps. Twilight and 3D tours are available; expedited delivery is $145. Imperial Beach is at the outer edge of our free-travel radius, so any travel fee is calculated from the exact address and shown to you before you confirm the booking — never added afterward.
Does the estuary affect what you can shoot?
Only for aerial work. The Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve is protected habitat for several endangered bird species, which is part of why the airspace here is handled so restrictively. Ground photography along the estuary edge is unaffected, and that open-space backdrop is a real selling point for the listings that back onto it.
