National City Real Estate Photographer
National City listings, Victorian to postwar.
1880s Victorians on Heritage Square and compact postwar bungalows — a market with more architectural character than its reputation suggests. National City has more architectural character than its reputation suggests — Brick Row dates to 1887 and the Santa Fe depot to 1882. Tight framing on Victorian millwork and porch detail, disciplined wide-angle work for compact lots, and bay-adjacent light with the port and Coronado skyline behind is what this stock deserves.

The National City market
Why presentation
wins here.
National City has dense, genuinely old housing stock — late-1800s Victorians around the Heritage Square core alongside postwar bungalows and small multifamily — and it draws first-time buyers, investors, and Naval Base San Diego families. The architectural detail here is real and undersold: Brick Row dates to 1887 and the Santa Fe depot to 1882. A listing photographed with attention to that millwork competes very differently from one shot as generic entry-level inventory.
What sets National City apart on camera
Dense older stock of late-1800s Victorians and postwar bungalows rewards tight millwork and porch detail, controlled wide-angle interiors on compact lots, and bay light with the port and Coronado skyline as a background layer.

Our work in National City
We shoot National City for the character the stock actually has. Tight exterior framing on Victorian millwork, porch detail, and trim that a wide establishing shot throws away; disciplined wide-angle interiors that carry compact lots without distortion; and bay-adjacent light that lets the port and the Coronado skyline sit in the background as a genuine locational asset.

Common questions
answered.
Do you photograph historic Victorian homes in National City?
Yes, and they deserve a different approach than a modern tract home. We shoot the millwork, porch detail, and period trim as deliberate subjects rather than incidental background, and we light interiors to hold the warmth of original wood instead of flattening it. Heritage Square and the Brick Row area are worth photographing properly.
How much does real estate photography cost in National City?
Photography starts at $225 for homes under 1,500 sq ft, which fits much of the local stock. Larger homes are $275 (1,500–3,000 sq ft), $335 (3,000–5,000), and $395 (5,000+), and every shoot is full coverage with no photo caps. 3D tours from $225, expedited delivery $145.
Can you fly a drone in National City?
In most of the city, yes, with LAANC authorization — National City sits under the San Diego International (SAN) Class B shelf and near NAS North Island (NZY). Our Part 107 pilots file it in advance at no extra charge. We do not fly the Naval Base San Diego or port frontage, and we will say so upfront rather than quoting an aerial we cannot deliver.
Do you shoot small multifamily and investment property?
Yes. Investor-facing galleries are a different job than owner-occupant marketing — unit-by-unit coverage, condition documentation, and exterior and parking context matter more than lifestyle framing. Tell us the audience when you book and we will shoot to it.
