Is it allowed?
Yes. No law requires a professional photographer, and MLS rules are about the content of photos, not the camera. If you take the photos yourself, you also own them, which avoids any question about licensing.
The rules that do apply are the same for everyone. Edited images must be disclosed in California, with the original available.
